Spindrift Software, LLC agrees to provide software development, consulting, and related technical services as described in the client proposal. This may include application development, systems integration, cloud and DevOps work, product design, and technical advisory.
The client must provide timely access to necessary systems and information (such as repositories, hosting platforms, third‑party APIs, and subject‑matter experts). Delays by the client may result in project extension.
Invoices are payable upon receipt. Spindrift Software, LLC reserves the right to suspend services for accounts that are past due.
Upon full payment, the client owns the rights to specific software deliverables as defined in the governing agreement. Spindrift Software, LLC retains ownership of its proprietary tools, methodologies, internal libraries, and pre-existing code.
Agreements may be terminated by either party with prior written notice as stipulated in the service contract.
